If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and we'll provide a free pre-paid return label for any order shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Return your order to us within 30 days of when the order was shipped, and we’ll process a full refund back to the original payment method.

Customers outside the contiguous United States are not eligible for return.

Returns only accepted for products purchased from https://franky-fingers.myshopify.com/. We do not accept returns from 3rd party distributors.

After 30 days, if the product has not been worn or used, we will offer store credit only. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs for returns made past 30 days.
